Brian Bigley Uilleann Pipes

Brian Bigley is a professional musician, dancer and pipe maker from Ohio. In  2024 I acquired a 3/4 set of uilleann pipes in B from Brian, and the work and service were absolutely excellent. My set is mopane with imitation mammoth tusk mounts and brass keys and fittings. It's based on historical sets of B pipes and has been an absolute joy to play. Brian makes several styles and keys of pipes, so there is always the option to add a new chanter to your set.

While regular waiting lists are looking into 2026 for a full set of pipes, we should be able to help customers with smaller orders, such as his excellent "Budget Practice Set in D" [chanter, reed, bag and bellows].
