John Kerr was a LD of the Shotts & Dykehead before emigrating to Canada, where he would eventually head up the Canadian army drumming program, and lead several excellent drum corps, including the Clan McNish, Cdn Forces Composite  and the Dunvegan Pipe Band.

John was a master musician with unusual and creative drumming ideas, and responsible for encouraging a wholesale change in drummers from just memorizing scores by ear, to writing and understanding music more broadly.

These signature sticks of his would make a great collector item for the drummer in the family.

A NOTE TO CUSTOMERS IN THE USA

Due to recent trade decisions of the current US administration, we are suspending all orders and shipping to the USA for the time being. Tariffs of 35% on all products coming from Canada make prices unreasonable for you and shipping difficult, time consuming, and ultimately unprofitable for us. We'll keep our eye on things and get back to supplying our friends and customers in the USA as soon as we are able.
